Business Coaching
Business coaching is a fast growing trend in the franchise business industry. A lot of small business owners are reaching their economic goals through the power of coaching. Business coaching focuses on helping a business owner to create a distinctive business plan with its own identity. Business coaching operates in all parts of commerce. Coaching can be seen happening in traditional businesses, entrepreneurial start-ups, and e-businesses.
Generally the goals of a business coach are to help the management and owner to “franchise” the business. Basically coaching is a business support service. A business coach wants to help the business owner to plan, start, grow, and eventually remove themselves from the business. Business coaching is coaching in the area of setting up and running a system.
There are many other sides of the coaching industry. Executive coaching, small business, & self-employment coaching, deal with specific areas of business. They are specialty niches, while being a business coach covers everything.

The actual coaching takes place through a process. Generally the business coaching process is one of inquiry, analysis, contemplation, and then resolution. A coach will ask a series of questions, invite the clients to analyze the truth & pursue a course of action beneficial to their goals. Business coaching is ultimately for the purpose of pruning the business and workers to the ultimate success team.
Coaching is in no way one dimensional. A Business coach will often take a multifaceted approach to helping a business improve. In some cases coaching begins from the top down. An example would be if the president a company had control issues or power issues and was in turn hindering the company. In other cases it may be necessary for business coaching to begin from the bottom up. An example would be if there was conflict between employees in the work place.
