Some prefer a business coach, some prefer a life coach.  A coach can help you develop an inspiring vision for your business and personal life. A coach is there to work with you to establish priorities. Coaching will ask you, what is your dream? Is it to increase revenues by 40% in 3 months while making every one of your son's baseball games? Then your coach will work with you to attain that goal.

Generally in a business situation a coach will focus on improving communication skills within the company.  The coach always has the goal of achieving breakthrough results for the business.
